MultiMedia Communications International (MMCI) evolved from P.I.P.S. Computer Services that was formed in October 1978 as the 5th Apple computer dealer to exist in the UK. Over the years the company has shifted from supplying hardware to supplying services.
Using a network of consultants MMCI acts as the single point of contact and project manages the resources needed for a given contract.
Our services have been delivered to well known names such as Learning Tree International, Hewlett Packard, Cisco Systems and Verizon plus many small and medium sized businesses.
In recent times our primary vehicle for Web Site deployment has been Joomla 1.5. We have become very proficient at creating custom components, modules and plugins. We are currently working on an eCommerce solution that uses Joomla for content management and Joomla's builtin extensibilty to support customization for different markets. |
